EMERGENCY CONTACTS

 

The hosting parent needs to have a list of emergency contacts for all party guests (including full name, phone number and email address). 

 

Staying in the party

 

Due to space limitations, we ask that parents do not stay in the suite during the party. All children will be fully supervised by our staff. Once the party commences, we close the door until the party ends or upon the return of parents to pick up their children. If necessary, we ask that only the parents of the birthday child stay due to limited space inside our party venue. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, and activities for parents in the immediate area while the girls are receiving spa services.

Free parking is available near the salon .

 

Allergies- Guests must inform us of all known medical conditions and allergies before the party. During the party in the unlikely circumstance that a reaction occurs the treatment will be stopped immediately and no liability will be taken. No refund will be given.
